About Heather

I found a passion for acrylic painting during Paint Night with friends. In an effort to explore other painting methods, I found I really loved fluid art. As I began sharing my results with friends and co-workers, I discovered people really like the abstract. Fluid art can be so many different things to different people.

I use acrylic paints with a pouring medium. Although I may have an idea and plan on each piece, the paints may take a different path and turn into something more than I imagined.

I find inspiration in everything I see. It could be a pattern in fabric, or texture in nature or a shadow or reflection on a wall. The other artists I follow inspire color combinations or methods that I have not considered before.
